Disable USB Ports Using Device Manager.

Goto Start -> Run -> devmgmt.msc -> Ok

Look out For “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”.

Double Click To Open it.

Then Look Out for “USB Root Hub”.

Right Click Over “USB Root Hub” you want to disable Or Uninstall And Click disable OR Uninstall.

You are Done!

To Enable It again Repeat the process and click enable.
